Brady West's coaching philosophy centers on developing confident, versatile players capable of succeeding at the highest levels of competition. He places a strong emphasis on helping athletes understand the game from multiple positions, fostering a well-rounded soccer IQ while simultaneously building the resilience required to perform under pressure. Brady firmly believes that mental toughness and adaptability are just as critical as technical ability; consequently, he works tirelessly to instill grit and self-belief in every player he mentors.

Experience

His coaching style is deeply rooted in an impressive playing background that spans high school, collegiate, and USL League Two competition. At Ohio Wesleyan University, Brady established himself as a cornerstone of the program, earning recognition as a Two-Time All-American in both soccer and academics. In addition to being named the NCAC Player of the Year, he was a three-time All-Conference and All-Region selection. Perhaps most notably, Brady demonstrated exceptional consistency and durability by starting and playing in all 80 matches of his collegiate career. Under his leadership, every team he played for qualified for the NCAA Tournament and advanced to at least the second round each season.

Prior to his collegiate success, Brady built a foundation of excellence at St. Charles High School, where he contributed to three CCL championships and two district titles. He further honed his skills in the semi-professional ranks, competing at a high level with the Tennessee Soccer Club in USL League Two. This wide-range of experience allows him to bridge the gap between elite performance and developmental coaching, providing his players with a roadmap for success based on proven results.
